I have just got back from the most incredible 3 weeks in Thailand.
If you’re debating whether to go on a tour with this company, DO IT! I was quite scared about the idea of going alone at first but it is by far the best decision I have made. I immediately felt so safe and welcome by everyone as I was lucky to be in a group with amazing people who all got along so well.
The tour guide, S, was the best tour guide possible and I can’t think of anything he could do to be any better. He was always there to have a laugh and boost your energy (new battery!) but also made you feel so looked after and safe. I will forever be grateful to S for this amazing tour and the memories he’s given us and can’t wait to see him again.
The variety of activities suited everyone and there was enough free time to do extra stuff in smaller groups.
I couldn’t recommend the Thailand tour enough.

Best decision I ever made to book with BTT. Had the best time exploring Thailand and made memories I will cherish for a lifetime. This tour has been incredible from start to finish . Booking and coming on my own wasn't easy but everything was organised from start to finish the value for the money and the things we did and saw for the 3 weeks was incredible . I couldn't recommend this tour enough. Seeing Thailand through S and Hearts eyes was something special they weren't just incredible tour guides but special friends who never let you have a dull moment or worry about a thing. I'm still sad about leaving and already looking to book through the company again special shout out to Toni for everything he did and always being himself

I have just finished the best 3 weeks ever with BTT, from the start to the end I loved every minute of it with everything organized for you, we could just sit back and enjoy amazing Thailand! The 9 of us on the tour got on straight away and were like a big travelling family! We got the opportunity to do and see things you wouldn't if you backpacked alone and I don't think we all stopped smiling and laughing for 3 weeks! A BIG thank you to S, Mai, Ben and 'G' for being such incredible tour guides so full of knowledge, enthusiastic and up for a laugh, they made the experience for us!

If you are thinking of visiting Thailand you will 100% not reget booking this tour, it is such good value for money and you will love every second of it!

Just finished the three week Thailand tour and had such an amazing time. We visited the most interesting and beautiful places and packed so many fun activities into the three weeks.

Our tour guide S really made the trip and was so commited to making sure we were all having a good time. His energy and enthusiasm for everything we did made the trip so much fun and he always had us laughing with his many jokes. S was also incredibly kind, always checking in with everybody that they were ok and enjoying themselves and made us all feel very safe. I don't know how us girls would have managed without him carrying our bags up and down flights of stairs for us. He was so helpful as well and if we ever needed something he would sort it out straight away. Honestly the best tour guide I have ever met.....and one of the nicest people too!

Our driver Off was also a wonderful addition to the trip. He was so accommodating and was always ready and waiting with the doors open and the air con on. When he wasn't driving us, he was busy taking photographs for us making sure we had memories of everything.

Would high recommend this tour to anybody. Had such a fantastic time and came away with lifelong friends and memories.

Wow! Have just finished the 3 weeks in Thailand and it was amazing. Our tour guides S and jhony were so energetic and enthusiastic every single day. There was so much to see and do but also plenty of time to chill. If there was something you didn’t want to do you didn’t have to.

I met some amazing people from all over the world and was surprisingly emotional when it came to saying goodbye to everyone.

I Would tell anyone who is thinking about doing this trip to just book it.

I cannot put into words how good this tour was, it is the best experience of my life. It is so well organised with the three tour guides, S, K and Heart who were brilliant and so funny you have to go on the tour just for them. We done so many activities and saw so many sites Thailand is amazing there was never a boring moment. We had the best group who I will stay friends with forever. If you are debating going on this tour just book it you will not regret I would do it all again in a heartbeat.

I have just arrived home after an incredible three weeks in Thailand. I was quite nervous going as a first time solo backpacker but as soon as I landed I knew I was in safe hands. Our tour guide S was more than a guide and he became our friend. He went above and beyond for everyone and kept us entertained at every moment of everyday. The same goes for our drivers Krit and Ben who were there for us anytime we needed them and they were so helpful and made us feel safe at all times🥰
I was so lucky to have met such a great group and made wonderful friends. We have made so many memories that will last a lifetime and we cannot thank these lads enough. We got a great experience and culture of Thailand, had great laughs , nights out and of course many photoshoots at all the amazing places we saw😍

I don't usually write reviews but this tour needs a 10 out of 10.. from day one to day 21 it has been the most amazing, memorable adventure which was only made possible by our very knowledgeable tour guides HEART, TONY & S.. there is no words to describe these tour guides only as simply the best!!!..� we came as strangers and left as friends... Best trip ever! Thanks to BTT and our wonderful guides, Heart and K, for an adventure of a lifetime. Every day was filled with new experiences, from kayaking in crystal clear waters to exploring historic temples. The trip was well organized and packed with activities but still left room for some relaxation. Heart and K were the perfect hosts, always there to guide and entertain us. Thoroughly recommend this tour to anyone looking for fun and adventure in Thailand.

Currently on the Thailand tour and I have to say it has been nothing short of incredible!

Getting to see the entire country is something i would have never have been able to do alone so having the company sort it all out for such a good price is definitely worth it.

Our tour guide S has been phenomenal! He certainly knows how to have fun and make the trip more enjoyable while still being an excellent tour guide, it really wouldn’t be the same without local people like him showing us the sights.

100% would recommend the company to anyone wanting to travel Thailand or any of the other countries the company offers! I’ll certainly be returning in the next few years to do it all over again!!

Did the Thailand tour in August 2018 and had an absolutely ace time! It really lived up to the itinerary as we did all these amazing activities, but also had plenty of free time to explore, and Thailand is so wonderful! It was full of amazing opportunities and you see and do things that are once in a lifetime moments. Plenty of parties, lots of laughs, cultural trips, cute animals and amazing food (especially Heart’s BBQ)! S, Heart and K were the most incredible, enthusiastic and funny tour guides and honestly the most lovely people I’ve ever met. They went above and beyond to make sure every second of the tour was amazing and it really was. For anyone hesitant to book - do it! I went alone as a shy, clueless 18-year-old and this was not only was the best 3 weeks of my life, it made me grow massively as a person.

I came back and did the Vietnam tour in July 2022. A completely different experience but equally as amazing as the Thailand tour with beautiful sights, lots of fun activities and a lot of learning about Vietnam’s rich culture and history. Our tour guide Huy was amazing and so passionate and knowledgeable about his country, he is so lovely and really made the tour super special. He also went above and beyond for us to make sure we all had the best time, and we definitely did! Met the loveliest bunch of people on this tour and we all became great friends with memories to last a lifetime! Vietnam is an incredible country and this tour covers so much of it. I’m so glad I came back with this company and would definitely book with them again!

This tour was the best thing I've ever done! I saw so much of Thailand in the 3 weeks and we saw places you wouldn't see if you were travelling on your own. I met the most amazing people and our tour guide heart was the best, he was so kind to us all and also great fun! Il be telling all my friends to do this tour.

The trip wouldn’t have been the same without our guide S, who went above and beyond for the group and made the whole experience unforgettable. He really brought everyone together and made sure we had the best time.

Massive shoutout to our driver Benz as well, who made getting around completely stress-free. When our train broke down, he came to pick us up and drove an extra 7 hours just to get us to the next stop.

Just returned from a breathtaking tour of Thailand. S is brilliant – he knows everyone and everything, which makes you feel like you’re travelling with a local. I am just back after finishing the December, Backpacking through Thailand tour, and it has been the been the best three weeks of my life.
The tour is so well planned out, and you don’t have to think of anything, just pack a bag and turn up in Bangkok.
All of the accommodation and activities were amazing and such a fun.
The tour guides Heart and S, are the best and are so amazing and skilled at their jobs.
I would recommend this trip to anyone, and I’m currently looking in to booking my next trip with Backpacking tours.

Going on this tour was the best decision I've made. S was not just a guide but became a good mate. Every day was packed with excitement and fun, making us forget all our worries. The sights, the food, the people... everything was just perfect. This tour is a must-do for anyone looking to explore Thailand with a bunch of great people.

Honestly couldn’t recommend this tour more! S and K went above and beyond, I don’t think they could have done a better job - both so funny, inclusive, helpful and ensured everyone had the best time! Genuinely don’t think I would have done nearly as much had I come to Thailand by myself and I do think it’s good value for money.

I have just arrived back from a 3 week tour of Thailand and I could not recommend this tour enough. As a solo female traveller I was initially worried about travelling so far away on my own but as soon as I arrived and was greeted by one of the drivers, Krit, I knew I was in safe hands. No question or need was ever too big or too small for our tour guide S and our drivers Krit and Ben, they ensured that our experience was memorable and smooth-sailing. From fixing my broken shoes to ensuring I had the best birthday out in Thailand, the three of them made my trip one of the most memorable experiences of my life. On top of this, I have not only seen the most beautiful places of Thailand and had a trip of a lifetime but I have also made friends who I know I will keep in contact with even after the trip. If you are unsure on whether to go somewhere solo, I would 100% recommend backpacking tours but especially the Thailand tour!!

This is an adventure of a lifetime that you will always remember. From making new friends from all over the world, to visiting amazing places I couldn't ask for more. It is definitely a tour made for everyone where there is as much partying, culture and bonding time all in one. My two tour guides S and Heart made this experience an unforgettable one by always having additional optional activities even on our free days and spending the best times with us as if we were a family. It was my first time travelling to a foreign country and also on my own and this tour exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t be more happy with the way this tour has turned out. Spending 3 weeks with the best tour guides K, S, and Heart made my whole trip that much better. Not only do they make you feel so safe, but they’re hilarious, out going, extremely friendly and just all around amazing. The tour was filled with activities but also just enough free days. I have just returned from the January Tour and can only say that I have had the best 3 weeks of my life. I have met the best group of people that were like a family, and the experiences we shared and places we visited were amazing! ❤️ The tour guides were also incredible, and made the experience even better if that’s possible! I had such a blast on this trip and I honestly wish I could’ve stayed for the full 12 days. We had Taylor and Paula as our group leaders and they are just so incredibly bubbly, welcoming, and accommodating to everyone. I have chronic fatigue and I was really worried about doing my first solo group tour, especially in a country I’d never been to, but it was such a great experience and the itinerary was incredibly flexible. I’ve made some really great friends from around the world on this trip and formed some close bonds so I’m very glad I made the decision to tag along. Lots of respect for everyone that made this happen, I’ll definitely be joining in again in the future x

Just back from the February tour had an amazing trip! This trip is such a great way to get an authentic taste of Thailand. You get to see sooo much of Thailand and the 3weeks are busy! I struggle to pick a favourite memory I guess erawan waterfalls, baby tiger and island hopping jump out. Nearly forgot the day at the elephant sanctuary #nochainsjustlove. Heart the tour guide is exceptional. He ensures everyone is getting what they want out of the holiday. As the oldest in the group I didn't wanna go out and go wild every night which wasn't a problem at all. This holiday literally has everything for couples, granny's like me (nickname from group), young singles to people wanting to experience the culture Thailand has to offer. Heart ensured although everyone came to Thailand for different reasons everyone left with a unique and different experience. Thank you heart. Anyone who isn't sure do book you won't regret it!!!!

The Backpacking through Thailand tour was everything you could ever imagine about visiting Thailand. Everything on the tour was always well planned and laid out for us to optimize our sightseeing opportunities. Our tour guides Heart, Tony, and K, not to mention were fantastic, energetic, fun people. Honestly the best 3 weeks you could wish for!

Such a good way to travel as a solo traveller...I was made to feel welcome from the moment I arrived and by the time I left it was hard to believe the group were strangers only 3 weeks ago!
Our tour guides Heart & S were amazing - so much fun, so helpful and they have so much knowledge of Thailand and the areas we visited �
The places we visited and the places we stayed were so varied giving us a full experience of Thailand!
There was never a dull moment and I loved every second of it - I've already started saving for Vietnam next year!

If you are thinking about booking this tour, don't think, just do it! The tour is well organized and the tour guides were always helpful and going out of their ways to ensure that everybody was having fun. This has been one of the best experiences in my life so far, and I am grateful for all the memories and new friendships that came along this trip. Thank you S, Heart and Isara for everything.

Before joining I read other reviews that said don't think about it, just do it. Well I'm saying the same, just book the tour and go. Heart and S were a blast and kept the group involved with everything. The planning and coordination was executed wonderfully, you seldom have to worry about what's going to happen next. 5 stars 😊 Before I booked this tour I knew I wanted to travel but didn't want to do it alone, but also wasn't sure about doing it with a group, however after reading the reviews I just went for it, if you are reading this and are thinking like I was, just do it! This has honestly been the most incredible 3 weeks and i'm so glad I decided to book with them. I've seen many photos from people who have visited Thailand and they're pretty much the same, but with this tour you get to see so much more than the usual tourist spots, it's a great mixture of culture, relaxation, partying, adventure and breath-taking views. The excursions included are brilliant, a good balance between planned activities and free time, and everything is planned so well that you can just relax and enjoy it. Heart and S are amazing tour guides, both full of knowledge but hilarious with it too and they go out of their way to make sure everybody is happy. As somebody who was nervous about travelling alone, i'm grateful to BTT and the amazing group of friends I made for making my first experience so memorable. Looking forward to booking another tour!

had an amazing 3 week tour in thailand. went there with my partner and we had a great time with 2 awesome tour guides s and heart and the other 21 awesome people who were all from around the world and we did not know before the tour but now are all life time friends. i got to see city life,cultural and beaches. got nothing bad to say about the tour apart from that it had to end.i will be doing another tour with this company in the future

I never expected to enjoy this tour as much as I did!! 21 strangers were thrown together for 21 days but left with countless memories. The tour includes such a great mix of true Thai culture, tourist attractions and life time experiences but also time to do your own thing. Our guides S and Tony were amazing... as long as you were having a good time they were having a good time and they were more than just tour guides, they were also our friends. Don’t even think about it, just book it now!!!

It's so hard to express how amazing my BTT experience was! I loved every activity we did and every place we visited! It was amazing to experience so many different parts and places within Thailand in just 3 weeks, such as meeting elephants, visiting national parks and exploring new cities with new friends. Our tour guides Heart, S and Tony were all fantastic and made sure we had the best time possible! Through booking onto the BTT trip I have made such great memories and met amazing friends that I will see in the future. It's great value for money and I can't recommend BTT enough! I’ve just done this tour and it’s a fab way to see all parts of Thailand, from cultural temples to the party island of Phi Phi - it was all amazing!! So easy as all transport & accommodation is included along with some meals. The tour guides are fun and are always there to help, good way of making new friends too! You won’t regret it if you book, thank you Backpacking, especially S & K! 😄

Can I give this tour a 100/10?! My first time travelling solo and not gonna lie I was scared! But from the first night with everyone I knew I was going to have the time of my life.. I did things with this tour that I would never have imagined to have done and wouldn't have been able to do if I didn't go with this tour. There wasn't one day that I didn't enjoy myself and it was all thanks to the most amazing people, our tour guides Heart & Tony!! They are the most genuine and caring people constantly making sure we were all ok and even on our free days planning trips.. BTT you should be proud of your workers it would be nothing without them! Can't even begin to explain how amazing my experience with BTT was! The 3 week trip was not only great value in terms of the places you stay, and travelling, but the amount of things you fit in to the 21 days is spectacular. Some of the places we visited I would never of even heard of if it wasn't for the company, and some of the friends you make along the way you know will be friends for life! I don't even know where to begin with our tour guide, Heart! He was just amazing, a lovely person who really loves his job and it totally shows the whole trip! I couldn’t reccomend the Thailand tour enough. Everything was fully organised so we didn’t have to stress about anything through out the tour. Our tour guide S was even better than I could’ve imagined, he made sure everyone had the best time all the way throughout and any issues at all he would help resolve instantly. This tour is exactly as advertised, from cultural visits to beach days to experiencing Thai nightlife, you get everything you could ever need included. Backpacking Tours are the ones to go with if you want to see Thailand properly. Tony and S, our guides, were knowledgeable and really friendly. They showed us all the hidden gems and made sure we all had a laugh while doing it. The group felt like family by the end of the trip. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I have literally never written a review before but reading these Facebook reviews convinced me to book this trip and it was honestly the best decision! The trip has a combination of all things Thailand and I got to do so many activities I never would have on my own like camping, swimming with elephants, staying on floating bungalows but most importantly getting the chance to travel with amazing people who you can surprisingly grow so close to in just 24 hours! Heart and S are the best tour guides I've ever had, they know so much about the history, culture and drinking habits of Thailand. true locals who gave me a ton of help and insight into Thailand! Words could not possibly describe how amazing this trip was from start to finish! I looked at so many tour companies before I booked Backpacking through Thailand and by far this one looked the best and the tour exceeded my expectations! All the activities where incredible truly a life changing experience! Thank you Heart and Tony for showing me round your beautiful country! They where such amazing tour guides and made you feel like part of a family for a short period of time! For a girl going by myself I was a bit worried like anyone would but not once did I feel unsafe or uneasy! This was the best experience and I would not hesitate to recommend and will defiantly be booking another tour for Bali or Vietnam!

The best way to explore parts of Thailand that you wouldn’t see on your own. Me and my boyfriend only finished our 3 weeks on 21st of June and we both could not recommend the trip enough.
We had the most incredible tour guide S who really made our trip, full of belly laughs with his energy, his story’s, making sure everyone was having a good time, very knowledgeable of Thailand, we didn’t have to worry about anything when it came to checking into lovely hotels, resorts or home stays.
Our bus drivers Arts and benz were always brilliant having the air con on the bus, taking us safely to loads of different places and never had to wait around on them, helpful always with our luggage, taking pictures (to remember all the incredible memories) getting involved on our nights out and group games, always up for the laugh.
Not forgetting the amazing people, forever friendships that’s were made and memories throughout the 3 weeks 🫶🏼

Travelling through Thailand with Backpacking Tours was an absolute treat. The guide, S, was fantastic, always going above and beyond to ensure we all had the best time. What an experience! I can’t put those 3 weeks into words, from the very start I felt looked after by Daniel and this continued throughout the tour. S, Tony and Heart all made the trip go as smoothly as possible, on occasion going above and beyond what I imagine their job roles are! I was hesitant at first travelling outside of Europe alone but not once did I regret it once I’d taken off in England! From day 1 it felt like I’d just gone away with 34 friends from home and by day 4 it felt like we’d been in Thailand months together! You see so much, definitely more than you would do on a trip alone and it took away all of the worry of booking transport and accommodation as literally everything is done for you! They recommend places to go for food and have tried and tested the excursions to ensure that they’re the best on offer.. I can’t say enough how amazing this trip was! I went on the March 2020 Thailand tour and I can't recommend it enough. We were a small group of only 6, but our tour guide S was amazing. He's so funny! We saw some incredible places whilst in Thailand, the elephant sanctuary was my favourite but I enjoyed all of it. The culture is so interesting and I loved every second of it!❤❤

the best three weeks of my life! The tour was very well made, they show you everything about this beautiful country from culture to crazy party, the accomodation was amazing you got hostel, camping, floating bungalow, night train. Everything was an amazing experience, you got peaple from around the world doing amazing activities with the best tourguides you can wish for, S and Heart, in an amazing country(almost stay there for the rest of my life haha)!

This tour was the experience of a lifetime and exceeded all (extremely high) expectations. You get the opportunity to experience so many amazing things which you otherwise wouldn’t be able to if you were travelling Thailand independently, all organised and totally hassle free. Everything is organised so efficiently and with such a relaxed and chill atmosphere.

A special mention has to be given to the tour guides. So much love and appreciation for Heart, Tony & S. It’s safe to say the tour wouldn't have been the same without them. 3 wonderful people and amazing tour guides, their passion for life and their country was so evident. They all brought something unique to the group and collectively maintained a fun, upbeat and safe environment. They ensured the mood was always high and got us so excited for the adventures that each day would bring.

A true reflection of how great the three weeks were was how sad people were on the last day when it came to going our separate ways and saying goodbye.

I had the most amazing time of my life travelling around Thailand with BTT November 2016. The tour guides Heart and S are such lovely guys and really are a credit to the company. They go out of there way to make sure everyone is looked after. They are always up for a laugh and get stuck in with everything. They are so uplifting to be around and great at their jobs.

We visited some amazing places, places that you probably wouldn't find if you went by yourself. You really get the most out of the trip as there's always something going on. Whether it's staying on floating bungalows by the river, having a night out on Bangkoks famous Khaosan road, feeding giraffes, relaxing on a stunning beach, partying on phi phi island or swimming in waterfalls. There's always something fun going on.

I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants a taster of what traveling is like or to someone who just wants to meet new people and have a fun holiday in the sun. There's something for everyone.
I met so many great friends for life and had the one of the best experiences of my life that I will always remember.

Honestly this is the best thing I've ever done, the places were absolutely amazing the tour guides hart and s were just the 2 best tour guides I've ever seen. For 3 weeks I did not stop laughing. They were so help full and anything you wanted they would do it for u. Wow! What an experience of a lifetime, BTT! Started off the tour in Bangkok with 25 strangers and left with 25 new family members! BTT FAMILY! 💖 I have never been more grateful for an experience in my life. Building self-confidence and mingling with so many different people. Heart, S and K? Thank you for everything you did for us over the 3 weeks. You guys made it everything it could be and more. You worked so hard to keep us all happy and I don't think you could have done any more. I had a few bad days and each person continuously checked to see if I was okay. Thank you.. and K, our final night, you didn't have to join us but you showed that no matter what, you were always the biggest team player and you showed us a great time for the last time. Amazing experiences that you would definitely not do having booked it privately.. Khao Sol NP being one thing I definitely would never do if it hadn't been for this tour. Having 3 locals along the way adds so much to the culture. Being able to pick and choose also plays a huge part as sometimes you do want to just chill out. I've made some amazing friends and loved every minute! I would recommend this trip to anyone and I'd recommend the company just as much. Just got back from an amazing 3 weeks in Thailand, even before I booked this tour it looked like it bought the best Thailand had to offer and it lived up to my expectations. There are honestly no words to describe how amazing this trip is. Everyday was fun and we were never bored! I made some life long friends and had the time of my life doing all the planned activities. The tour wouldn't have been as amazing without Heart, S and of corse Tony - they always looked after us and made sure we were having as much fun as possible.
I cannot recommend this tour enough! The elephant trip was definitely the best part of the trip for me and staying in the national parks was amazing.

I have just finished the Thailand tour and have to say it’s one of the best experiences I’ve had travelling.

Heart and S became more then tour guides, they are now my brothers from another mother! They have so much knowledge to give, are friendly, funny, kind and caring and absolute pranksters. They made sure everyone was included and went above and beyond to look after one of our group members that was sick. I hope one day to have them over in Australia so we can go fishing ?!

The experiences / day trips were spot on! Culture, history, nature, rural and urban the time was well spent. Lots of temples, great Thai food, beaches and beautiful scenery the whole way. The Wildlife park and the Elephants is something that will stay with me forever?

I’ve traveled alone and could have done all these activities solo... but it wouldn’t have been half as good as doing it with these guys. To have a group of over 20 people, from all over the world, with different personalities come together and become the closest of mates is amazing. I love each and all of my group members and will be friends with them for life!

This is my second trip with Backpacking Tours, I did Vietnam last March. I highly recommend them. Everything is professional.

I have just arrived home after spending three life changing weeks in beautiful Thailand. This tour was incredible. The culture, the food, the activities the natural beauty were all beyond my wildest expectations. By far the best part of the journey we’re the people I met along the way. I want to shout out our drivers Ben and Krit, these men went above and beyond for our group and got us safely around the country and still had time to have a laugh with everyone, you guys are the best. Our guide S, he is the best guide I have ever met hands down. He became a friend to us and I hope he is reading this now so I can tell him once again that he needs to visit Ireland and let us show him around!! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! I absolutely loved my time on this tour. It was my fist time traveling alone and I can say I've met some life long friends from all over the world. The tour was perfect as you got to see so many places and things that you wouldn't think to book or research yourself. It was also the perfect amount of group time/ free time. Where do I even begin to explain the tour guides, S and Jhony not only did you blow my mind with all the information and background of everything but you became friends instead of tour guides.
Would highly recommend to ANYONE looking to travel Thailand.

I genuinely can't imagine a better way to experience Thailand. This was my first time traveling abroad, so I was pretty nervous, especially with such a large (30+) group of people! But the tour guides were fantastic - S was great at getting introverts like myself out of their shells and helping everyone get along, Heart was fantastic at keeping everyone organised and making sure everyone was safe and at ease, and K was great at socialising with our group and being someone you could talk to whenever you needed it. Thailand is a beautiful, amazing place, and you can tell the guides wanted to share that and make sure we loved it just as much as they do. They've absolutely succeeded - this has been such an amazing experience for me, and I've made some friends for life.

Can honestly say this was the best holiday of my life. Was such a well organised and fun filled itinerary and got to do such amazing things that I don't think I would have experienced if I was on my own. You won't regret booking it. When I booked this tour my expectations was high but this tour just topped every expectation I had. I loved every second of the experience with Backpacking Through Thailand, it was amazing from start to finish. I couldn't recommend it more to anyone, if anyone who wants to book has doubts just don't and get it booked. The tour guides S, Heart and Tony made the experience even more special I miss them so much and have only been home 2 weeks. I stayed places and done things I would never have been able to do if I went to Thailand on my own travelling. There was 35 people on my tour and it couldn't have been a better group to be with, met so many amazing people that I definitely will see again. I am also looking at booking another tour, Backpacking Through Vietnam because of how amazing this tour was but my favourite part definitely had to be the elephant sanctuary and the open zoo.

This trip has been one of the most amazing and life changing experiences I’ve had. My group and tour guide really did make it so special, as well as the day to day activities that are incredible- from the nature side of the trip including waterfalls, national parks and tiger cubs to the most rewarding local school visits. Not only was the itinerary jam packed with so many amazing experiences that I will truly cherish forever but the tour guides went above and beyond to make sure every single person had a wonderful time. Nahhh just kidding, it was the absolute best time! Our guides were the ultimate duo and handled such a large group so well. Some of the activities were completely breathtaking and something you need to experience! With such a big group, we were worried about people grating on each other but it just wasn’t an issue at all. By the end of the tour, leaving everyone was harder than expected and 5 of us ended up travelling together to Vietnam! What an amazing company, thankyou all so much. Also a huge shout out to K who was training and did such a great job. Your English is awesome man, don’t stress it! Overall, amazing company, amazing guides and amazing experience. After seeing this tour advertised on Facebook, I booked this tour in a whim without doing much research into it, but in this instance it certainly paid off. From the very first introduction to the last night of the three week tour, our leaders Tony, Heart and S made us feel so welcome in their home country, by answering questions as best they could, and reassuring any of our doubts all while making sure we had loads of fun. The tour itself is unique in that it lets people experience Thailand outside of the typical tourist locations and allows us to see this beautiful place through the eyes of the locals. My partner and I have been out in Thailand for over 2 weeks now and the tour so far has been absolutely fantastic. With a week to go we have already covered so much of what the country has to offer and yet there is still more to do! We have faced challenges and done things we never thought we could, and now have some unforgettable memories. I still can't really put into words just how amazing this trip was! S and Heart are both such amazing tour guides and such lovely people, they did a truly amazing job in bringing everyone together and saying goodbye to them was very hard, the tour wouldn't have been as good without them. The trip itself was phenomenal, you get to see so much of such a beautiful country. There's such a huge range of activities, exploration, sights and so much more. The partying is also so much fun, Thailand is great for drinking as it's so cheap! Joining the Backpacking Through Thailand tour is one of the best decisions I've ever made. There aren't any words that come close to summarising my time during the tour, all I can say is I genuinely had THE time of my life. I have just got back from three weeks doing the Backpacking Through Thailand tour beginning on 18 November 2017, and can confirm it was the best three weeks of my life. Having booked the tour on a bit of a whim, the tour went above and beyond my expectations. Travelling around Thailand with a large group of like-minded people was truly amazing and our tour guides S (who we had for the first week) and Heart (who we had for the entire trip) were incredible, making sure we were looked after and everything ran smoothly. We had a day when everybody in the group got sick and Heart did everything he could to make us feel better; delivering water and electrolytes and constantly checking up on people. The tour took us to places that the typical tourist wouldn’t usually visit and it was the perfect amount of activity and down time. If you’re thinking of booking this tour I can’t recommend it enough; the tour itself, the guides and the people you will travel with will make your three weeks in Thailand unforgettable with memories that will last forever.

This trip was truly was amazing. Our tour guides S and Heart were the greatest and they took care of everything and really made the trip something special. They showed us how beautiful Thailand really is and what an incredible country it is with so much to see and do!

Can’t recommended this trip enough! I had the most incredible 3 weeks! Heart and K were amazing tour guides and constantly made us laugh, I can’t thank them enough for everything! coming on my own I was so nervous but those feelings disappeared in 3 seconds, everyone was so lovely and friendly. Just back from the most amazing 3 weeks in Thailand. I can't reccomend this tour enough it was so well organised and such an excellent way to experience an amazing country, trying all the wonderful food and exploring so many different areas!

The trip wouldn't have been the same without our tour guide S, he went above and beyond for our group and made our experience so wonderful and one we will never forget! He really looked after us and gelled the group together.

Also shout out to our driver Benz who really took care of us and made the travelling around so stress free. When our train broke down Benz came to pick us up and drove the extra 7 hours to take us to the next destination.

Just came back from the January tour and I can say hand on heart, it’s the best money that I’ve ever spent. Everything is so well organised, and there is never a dull moment! Our tour guides S and K couldn’t have done enough for us all and you don’t want to leave when the 3 weeks is finished! Can be as relaxing or as exciting as you make it since many activities are optional, the amount of free time vs. planned activities is also a good proportion. Coming to the end of my Thailand trip I have loved every minute. It would not have been the same without our amazing tour leader Selina. She was so kind and welcoming from day 1, always going above and beyond to help us and make the trip so memorable! All I can say is wow what an unforgettable 3 weeks spent in the most beautiful country. This will forever have a special place in my heart.

Although I travelled with 2 friends it can be quite daunting as a young girl to travel asia but all I can say is I’ve never felt as comfortable and safe. S our tour guide treated us as one of his own and really cared for our safety and well being throughout the entire 3 weeks. S really is a credit to your company and I can honestly say this trip wouldn’t have been the same without him. There really is no way to thank him enough for his witty personality which always made us laugh and for always being so kind hearted.

As well as S we had our two drivers Benz and Kit who without hesitation went above and beyond for us every single day. No matter what you asked of them they always did all they could to help us, as well as their subtle gestures of always watching out to make sure we were safe. S, Benz and Kit are 3 of the most selfless people I have ever come across in my life.

Throughout the 3 weeks of travelling the most scenic places we had such a laugh with all 3 of them and we really were like one big family. I made friends for life and I’m incredibly grateful for this experience. It really is a once in a lifetime trip and it’s quite hard to put into words how amazing it really is !

If your considering a trip like this whether alone or with friends or as a couple I couldn’t recommend this trip enough. I can’t speak for the rest of the tours but the Thailand tour exceeded all my expectations. I loved every minute!

We had recently done a private tour of Thailand for our honeymoon and I cannot express enough how organised and well managed everything was. From taxis to hotels to activities, everything was phenomenal! Backpacking tours were always available to contact throughout if there were any hiccups but honestly i highly recommend using this company. We will be re-booking for future tours! What can I say, this company and the tours they offer is like family to me now - having previously done Backpacking Through Vietnam and Backpacking Through Cambodia, I had a standard set in my head on what to expect - this was certainly met and dare I say exceeded at time! What an amazing experience I had with backpacking through Thailand. From start to finish it was fantastic with a great group of people who are now friends for life. All the activities were brilliant and made even more special by our 2 most friendliest and helpful tour guides Heart & Tony. The things I seen and done such as walking with and feeding the elephants, visiting schools and island hoping to seeing the most breathtaking scenery will stay with me forever.
