Once you’ve booked your flights, log in to the Manage My Booking area of our website and enter your flight arrival details. If you’re arriving early, we can still arrange your airport transfer. If you also need extra nights of accommodation, let us know early so we can confirm availability and pricing.
International flights are not included in the price of any tour and will need to be booked separately. You’re free to book your own flights or book here.
Most things are covered, including activities, transport, accommodation, and some meals. You’ll just need money for extra meals, drinks, shopping, and any onward travel after the tour
Yes! Travel insurance is a must for all our trips. You’ll need to show proof (on your phone or printed) to your group leader when you arrive.

An arrival airport shuttle is included in your Croatia tour. Once you've booked your flights, log in to the Manage My Booking area on our website and enter your arrival details.
If you're arriving early and staying at the tour accommodation, we’ll still arrange your transfer. Just let us know if you don’t need a pickup.
Return transfers after the tour are not included, but your group leader can help organise one along with any other onward travel.
We recommend arriving on the official start date, as most travellers arrive then. While there are no scheduled activities on Day 1, the group usually meets for dinner around 7PM. If you’d like more time to explore or relax, you’re welcome to arrive a day or two early.
Our Croatia tours usually have 15 to 25 people, mostly aged 18 to early 40s, from all over the world. If you're up for adventure and open to meeting people from different backgrounds, you’ll fit right in.

The Adriatic Sea is usually calm, and the sailing is smooth. However, if you regularly suffer from sea sickness, this may not be the right tour for you, as we spend a lot of time onboard.
You’ll need a basic level of fitness for included activities like kayaking, cycling, swimming, and walking around cities. To fully enjoy the trip, it’s highly recommended you can swim, as we spend a lot of time in the water.
Each morning, the boat sails from early morning until midday. This is a relaxed time for sunbathing, socialising, and enjoying the scenery. After lunch on board, we usually arrive at our next destination around 3pm.
You’ll spend 2 nights in Split at a modern, clean, and spacious hostel with mixed-gender dorms of up to 20 people. Each bed has a privacy curtain. The remaining 7 nights are on a premium boat, with air-conditioned twin or double rooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. Rooms are cosy but comfortable, and the boat has plenty of communal space including multiple sundecks.
Most accommodations offer free WiFi. On the boat, connection may be limited, but you’ll still be able to check messages and do basic tasks.
We recommend using a Wise travel card. It works in most places and supports Apple Pay and Google Pay. ATMs are widely available, but some places may accept cash only, so it’s good to carry some local currency.
Yes, there is a 60 euro port fee per person, which must be paid in cash at the end of the trip.
The best time to visit is from May to September, when the weather is warm and sunny. These months are ideal for sailing and exploring the coast.
Backpack or suitcase? Totally up to you. But here’s the golden rule: pack light! We recommend keeping it under 20kg.

For group tours, your place will be confirmed when 6 or more people have signed up and at least four weeks (28 days) prior to the start of your tour.
For volunteer or private bookings, please wait 2-3 working days.
We will refund you the total amount if the tour is cancelled. Typically, group tours are confirmed six months before departure.
