Visa-free entry

GCC citizens: Citizens of Gulf Cooperation Council countries (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar) can enter visa-free.

Entry requirements

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months from entry date
  • Proof of onward travel (return flight or bus ticket)
  • Accommodation details (hotel bookings)
  • Sufficient funds for your stay

Border crossings

From Israel/Palestine:

  • You can cross at the King Hussein Bridge (Allenby Bridge), Sheikh Hussein Bridge, or Waba/Arava border
  • Visa on arrival available at Sheikh Hussein and Waba/Arava crossings
  • King Hussein Bridge does NOT issue visas on arrival—arrange in advance

From Egypt:

  • Visa on arrival available at Aqaba border crossing

Extending your stay

If you want to stay longer than 30 days, you can extend your visa at any police station in Jordan. Extensions cost around 20–40 JOD depending on the length.
