It might seem scary but you will meet so many new and amazing people, it is an experience you do not want to miss out on. The local team were the most genuine and amazing people, very helpful and there for you if you need literally anything. Volunteering has opened my eyes in so many aspects. I would love to do it again.

Day 2 - 6

Volunteer Teaching

During the week, mornings will be spent teaching basic English phrases and playing games with children at a kindergarten. Afternoons are dedicated to planning activities for the next day. Evenings involve enjoying dinner at your accommodation. Teaching is informal and focuses on making the children excited about coming to school, with a primary emphasis on simple greetings. The children will be exceptionally welcoming and excited to meet you, as you'll likely be one of the few foreigners they've encountered.
