Many people on thisIsland don’t have the funds to renovate their houses or upgrade communal places such as schools, healthcare facilities and community centres. This program is sure to bring you closer to the kind and friendly people of Palawan.
Getting to know and helping the community, as well as experiencing such a unique culture I'd never before seen was my favourite moment. The program had the biggest impact on my view on the world, and just how different some places can be. My advice is definitely volunteer, since you're helping people who need it most, and it's an overall great experience.

You’re free to organise any adventure you care to, or simply chill ahead of the volunteer work. We can offer advice on where to go if you need it.
