YAMAS, you're in Greece! Touch down in Athens and breathe in that warm Mediterranean air. Today is about settling in, soaking up the excitement, and meeting your fellow travellers. In the evening, we kick off with a big welcome dinner where you’ll get to know your group over delicious Greek food and maybe even a few rounds of Ouzo. Let the good times begin!
Start your morning at a chilled pace before we head out on foot to explore this incredible city. We visit local gems and cultural spots, then it’s off to the iconic Acropolis to see the Parthenon in all its glory. After a deep dive into Greek history, we head to Exarchia, a colourful, artsy neighbourhood full of street art, quirky shops, and top-notch Greek food. Wind down the evening with a delicious meal and maybe a Mythos or two.
We’re on the move! Grab your bags and hop on the ferry to Mykonos. After checking in, we hit Paradise Beach Club. Sun, sand, cocktails, and a resident DJ—this is the Greek island dream. Dance with your feet in the sand, laugh with your new travel crew, and watch the sunset over the Aegean Sea. The party continues into the night, island-style.
After a lively night, we slow it down. Spend the day beachside with a good book or a cold drink. In the afternoon, we wander the postcard-perfect streets of Mykonos Old Town. Think whitewashed alleys, iconic windmills, and dreamy sea views. Grab a souvenir, snap those photos, and toast the day over a sunset dinner by the sea.
Are there any age restrictions for this tour? We have a minimum age requirement of 18 years old to join the tour. Group members aged 16-17 years old are welcome to join the tour but only with a family member that will act as their guardian whilst on tour. Aside from that, no age requirements at all! While our target age is 20-45, what matters most is mindset. If you’re looking for a backpacking-style experience, with hostel-style stays, local transport, and optional evening activities - you’re welcome to join us.
